confusing checkout process

The area where the hotel was located was very convenient.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Manalba. The building is quite old, making noise a constant issue. doors slamming and voices carried throughout the hallways. Additionally, our check-out process was confusing with unexpected charges and no clear explanation provided by the staff.

Location is super convenient for exploring the area, just a quick walk to Chapultepec. The metro station is really close, and the staff goes above and beyond to help.

This hotel is conveniently located, allowing for easy access to nearby cafes and places to eat, perfect for a short stay. The large, comfortable bed provided a good night's rest despite the room's somewhat snug size. However, the Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow, complicating my work needs, and noise levels were higher than expected, particularly from hallways. The service was friendly throughout my visit, contributing positively to my overall experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Manalba. The location is fantastic, just a quick taxi ride from the airport. The staff were remarkably friendly and always willing to help. The beds were large and exceptionally comfortable, making for restful nights.

The hotel is quite noisy.
